The Application of Control Cable:

It is used in the environment with high demand on fire-resisting performance such as high-rise buildings, oil field, power station, power plant, mine, chemical industry and subway. It is also the necessary cable prepared for emergency power, fire pump and communication system of elevator. It has good flame-resistant. In time of being directly fire by flame, it could ensure continual power supply and signal transmission to keep lightening in certain time for people to retreat safely and also to benefit fighting fire to reduce damage

   1. A.C. rated voltsge (U0/U): 450/750kv

   2. Max. working temperature in long term

       a. flame-retardant PVC insulation & sheath: 105^oC, XLPE insulation: 90^oC

       b. fluoroplastics insulation & sheath: 200^oC & 260^oC; fluoroplastics insulation: 105^oC, flame-retardant PVC sheath: 90^oC&125^oC

       c. without halogen & low smoke, flame-retardant polyolefin insulation & sheath: 90^oC&125^oC

   3. Min. environment temperature

       a. flame-retardant PVC sheath: -40^oC forfixed installation and -15^oC for non-fixed installation

       b. fluoroplastic insulation & sheath: -60^oC for fixed installation and -20^oC for non-fixed installation

   4. Environment temperature for cable installation should be no lower than 0^oC

   5. Flame-retardant character: as stipulation in IEC331 and GB 12666.6

   6. Allowed bending radius recommended: braided shieding cable without armor shoud be no less than 6 times that of cable outer diameter and 12 times for cable with steel-armor, 8 times for fluoroplastic insulation & sheath
