2.Loose tube- optical fiber without tension to be laid in concentric loose tube, which is full-filled.

3.Cable core- the loose tube and necessary filling materials are stranded on the metal strength component in SZ stranded method, which constitute the cable core and positioned with yarn, the core gap is filled with petroleum ointment.

4.Inner sheath- embossing AL tape and bonding PE inner sheath.

5.Outer sheath- embossing steel tape and bonding PE outer sheath.
