Insulation Cable is composed of press copper, aluminum (AL alloy) conductor, inner shielding layer, weather-proof insulation materials and outer shielding layer. It has not only power transmitting feature of power cable, but also strong mechanical performance of aerial cable. It has many advantages such as small laying span, high reliability and safety, and good aging-resistant performance compared with bare wire. 2.10KV aerial insulation cable: GB 14049-93 ect. adopt international electrician commission IEC 60502.
Working Features
1. Rated voltage: 0.6/1KV10KV.
2. Allowed long term working temperature of cable: 70for PVC insulation, 90 for XLPE insulation.
3. The highest temperature of cable in time of short-circuit: 160 for PVC insulation , 150 for HDPE insulation, 250for XLPE insulation.
